Roland's Orchid

Over the next few days I will share some of the completed rugs displayed at the Peninsula Rug Maker's Guild May meeting.


The first one is from Roland Nunn. He prefers working with a fine cut and does amazing work. This rug was a request from a family member who wanted an orchid. The photo is of an orchid that was originally a flower gift when Roland's mother passed away (she loved orchids).


Roland dyes his own wool and works quickly. We are so lucky to have him in our guild. He is such an inspiration and is always bringing something new to show us. Tomorrow... another one from Roland. I told you he works fast!
